Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Work setting: Gymnastics. Tasks: Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions. Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games. Participate in coaching clinic instruction. Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance. Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Level 2 Certificate in Coaching. Level 3 Certificate in Coaching. Athletic experience: Team sport. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Dependability. Efficient interpersonal skills. Organized. Reliability. Team player.
