*About the position*
Are you an expert organizer with a passion for travel?
We're seeking someone with impeccable organizational skills and a knack for keeping things running smoothly to become our *Operations Manager*, where you'll be at the heart of our success, handling the nitty-gritty details that make every journey unforgettable.
You?ll play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of over 1000 guests annually, facilitating 65-70 departures across 28 countries and growing every year. From managing administrative tasks to ensuring seamless operations, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring that every aspect of every trip is executed flawlessly, leaving no room for error.
The responsibilities of this position encompass a wide range of tasks critical to our operational success, including but not limited to:
* Operations Management (Rooming and tour logistics):
* Maintain up-to-date rooming lists and ensure timely sharing with DMCs/partners in accordance with contract deadlines.
* Coordinate all tour logistics, including booking all arrangements (flights, transportation, guides, activities etc.) and conducting final checks to ensure accuracy.
* Effectively communicate last-minute changes with DMCs/partners to maintain smooth operations.
* Collaboration with other teams:
* Work with our finance team to ensure deadlines are met with vendors/DMCs.
* Provide occasional support for the Guest Experience Manager (Guest comms, photobooks, live chat and phone inquiries)
* Ongoing Maintenance of Ops Checklist and Tour Matrix:
* Utilize systems and processes (Google Drive/Docs) to maintain the Ops Checklist and Tour Matrix for continuous accuracy, trip efficiency and to streamline operations.
This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our tours and maintaining strong partnerships, ultimately contributing to the exceptional experience we provide to our guests.
The remuneration package for this full-time position includes a competitive annual salary of $75,000, along with comprehensive health benefits, bonuses, and generous vacation allowances.
