Education: Master's degree. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements . Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel . Supervise staff. Train staff. Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems. Authorize the development of specifications for products or services. Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Manage incidents. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.- LocationAurora, ON
