Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Authorize payments by cheque. Order merchandise. Authorize return of merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Plan and prepare work schedules. Perform opening and closing activities. Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Monitor staff performance . Investigate complaints. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.- Location52 Mabelle AvenueEtobicoke, ONM9A 4X9
