Analyze hair and scalp condition. Book appointments. Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences. Shampoo customers' hair. Shave and trim beards and mustaches. Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair. Apply hair extensions. Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair. Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences. Maintain and order supplies. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Client focus. Dependability.
