Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Socio-economic needs or conditions (housing, nutrition, unemployment, financial assistance). Work setting: Work in employer's/client's home. Community agency. Tasks: Prepare reports or case histories. Perform administrative tasks. Implement life skills workshops. Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs. Housekeeping activities. Food preparation. Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Supervision: No supervision responsibility. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Target audience: Males. Persons with mental health disabilities. Persons with physical disabilities. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently.
