Responsibilities
Tasks

Attend to other financial transactions, such as plane tickets and travel insurance

Calculate cost of travel and accommodations

Handle reimbursement in case of transportation and hotel reservations cancellation

Recommend suitable products

Investigate new travel areas, hotels and other amenities

Manage difficult situations with customers

Perform general office duties

Sell travel products and travel insurance

Use principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, which include marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems

Provide customers with travel information and other details such as regulations, duty free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions and special events

Attend to cancellations and schedule changes

Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system

Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options and travel costs
