Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Compile data, statistics and other information. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Word. Personal suitability: Ability to multitask. Excellent oral communication.
