*Overview* We are seeking a User support technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any IT-related issues promptly. *Duties* - Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced - Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions - Reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users - Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties - Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties - Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts - Participate in the redesign of applications and other software - May supervise other technical support workers in this group. *Skills* - Proficiency in IT support and customer service - Strong knowledge of operating systems - Familiarity with computer networking concepts - Experience with firewall and VPN configurations - Ability to use IT tools like Remedy for ticketing and issue tracking - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently If you are passionate about technology, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping others with their technical needs, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Technical Support Specialist.
