Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Reliability. Team player. Experience: Will train. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
