Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Remove bones from meat. Cut poultry into parts. Cut fish into steaks and fillets. Grind meats. Train meat cutters. Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products. Maintain inventory of supplies.
