Education: College/CEGEP. Work setting: Rural area. Willing to relocate. Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000. Tasks: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits. Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies. Evaluate daily operations . Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget . Monitor revenues to determine labour cost . Monitor staff performance . Supervise staff. Train staff. Conduct performance reviews. Cost products and services. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Provide customer service. Supervision: 16-20 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Beverage services manager certification. Food Safety Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register. MS Excel. MS Office. MS PowerPoint. MS Word. Point of sale system. Spreadsheet. Specialization or experience: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
