Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Coffee shop. Tasks: Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs. Place dishes in storage area. Prepare, heat and finish simple food items. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables. Stock refrigerators and salad bars. Take customers' orders. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment. Remove kitchen garbage and trash. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Safe Food Handling certificate. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Overtime required. Physically demanding.
