Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Tasks: Carry out work study. Develop and conduct production, inventory and quality assurance programs. Develop work study. Inspect processes. Conduct work measurement or other studies. Collect and compile operational or experimental data. Collect and analyze data and samples. Develop manufacturing and processing procedures. Read blueprints and drawings. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Word. MS Windows. Screening questions: Are you currently a student?. Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Green job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.). Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Supports for visible minorities: Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example: anonymizing the hiring process, etc.).
