*A day in the life*
*You will:*
* Work closely with the Store Manager in all planning and implementing of strategies to exceed customer's expectations.
* Oversee the smooth operation of the store on a daily basis.
* Be responsible for creating and managing the schedule based on monthly and annual labor budgets provided.
* Analyze all financial reports and create appropriate action plans to execute to achieve store and company targets.
* Network, build and maintain relationships with others within our industry.
* Consistently monitor product portfolios and utilize all applicable resources available to ensure we have the best selection available for our customers.
* Strategize and plan for future staffing and business needs with the Leadership team.
* Assist the Store Manager with succession planning and developing your team.
* Lead by example at all times.
* Participate in consistent coaching and mentoring of your team.
* Maintain open communication with the Leadership team.
* Assist and offer support to help with hiring and recruitment to ensure we are hiring top performers to join our team.

* 3-5 years retail or customer service experience
* WSET Level 2 or equivalent industry knowledge
