Core Duties and Responsibilities:As a Credit Specialist in our Creditor Practice, you will:Communicate with borrowers on behalf of major banks and financial institutions, using various channels such as inbound/outbound calls, email, and text messagesManage deadlines and prioritize files based on the rate of recoveryReview debt recovery processesAnalyze borrower data Ensure file accuracyCoordinate all client and lawyer reporting requirementsQualifications and Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer serviceProficient in thinking critically and solving problemsDetail oriented and meticulousProven ability to manage time and demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline driven work environmentExcellent team player who contributes positively to team cultureAbility to achieve financial or other specified targetsMake Your Mark at BOYNECLARKE LLPHere, you won't just find a job?you'll find a career and a community.
