We are committed to fostering a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that our clients are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain safe work environments. *Job Description*: Safeline Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and experienced instructor to join our current training team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive health and safety training programs, including CPO-approved Working at Heights training, to a diverse audience, ensuring all participants leave with a thorough understanding of safety practices and regulatory requirements. If you are an experienced and knowledgeable instructor who is passionate about construction safety education and keeping workers safe this role is for you! *Key Responsibilities:* * Deliver engaging CPO-approved Working at heights training to meet the needs of organizations, the public, and new or current members of the construction industry * Provide hands-on training in the use of machinery and/or safety equipment such as powered elevated work platforms (scissor lift and/or boom lift), bobcat/skidsteer, forklift (class 4,5, & 7). * Evaluate participants through practical hands-on skills and written evaluations * Stay updated on the latest health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices *Qualifications:* * Minimum 5 years of relevant workplace safety experience * Experience in delivering machinery training such as scissor/boom lifts, bobcat/skidsteer, forklift is considered an asset * Teaching experience in adult education or training is highly recommended.
