Plan and organize daily operations. Review purchase order claims and contracts to determine compliance with company policy. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Plan, develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures. Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services. Manage contracts. Review and process claims against suppliers. Oversee the preparation of reports. Advise senior management. Organize and maintain inventory. Negotiate rates and terms. Knowledge of licensing regulations. Supervision: 3-4 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Word. SharePoint.
