Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate. Enter client information in databases. Help pharmacists. Maintain prescription records . Compound, package and label pharmaceutical products. Help with scheduling and workflow. Bill third party insurers. Compound oral solutions, ointments and creams. Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products. Perform general clerical duties. Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Health benefits: Dental plan. Health care plan.
