Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Prepare journal entry. Manage accounts receivable. Manage accounts payable. Prepare trial balance. Prepare bank reconciliations. Review on the behaviour with regard to deposits and withdrawals, overdraws, defaults, dishonoured payments and spending patterns. Prepare payroll. Invoice clients. Store, update and retrieve financial data. Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems. Perform general office duties. Prepare reports. Computer and technology knowledge: Word processing software. Accounting software. Spreadsheet. Internet. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Ability to multitask. Accurate.
