Job details
Main duties * Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant * Recruit staff, oversee staff training, set staff work schedules, and monitor staff performance * Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed * Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices * Manage social media marketing and negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets * Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Employment requirements * Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management * Several years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience * Completion of a food safety certification recognized in NB (before the start date of employment) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 44 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay * Tips Benefits: * Casual dress * Discounted or free food * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Every Weekend * Holidays * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationFredericton, NB
