Workers' Advisers (lawyers and non-lawyers) travel around the Province to meet with clients and represent them at hearings and in other matters. The Program provides legal representation at all levels of decision-making in the workers' compensation system, including at Court if necessary.</span></span><br> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About Our Opportunity</b></H2></div><div><p><br><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">As the Secretary, you provide administrative and legal secretarial support to Workers' Advisers (lawyers and non-lawyers). </span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">The Secretary maintains an ongoing relationship with the Workers' Compensation Board, the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal, Labour Standards Tribunal, MLA's and the Office of the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration. The Secretary assumes responsibility for routine enquiries in the Workers' Advisers absence and drafting and forwarding of routine correspondence, setting schedules, preparing straight forward documents, and making contact with the clients, Board, Tribunal and Courts.</span></span><br><br><span style=
