He will have the opportunity to evolve in a team where creativity and collaboration are put forward in order to develop innovative and impactful communications strategies. The incumbent is responsible for the entire process and assumes all tasks and mandates related to the management of the digital community and the production of communication tools. The consellor ensures the quality of the content deployed, while maintaining consistency across the various platforms.</p><p><i>*The Quebec Port Authority adheres to the principle of employment equity and applies an employment equity access program for women, Aboriginals, visible minorities and people with disabilities.</i><em>The use of the masculine gender includes the feminine and is employed solely to facilitate</em><em>reading.</em></p><p><strong>Responsabilities</strong><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p><ul><li>Manage and develop the content of the Port of Québec's social media and<span> </span><span>recreational tourism</span><span> </span>sites (including content related to the organization's internal projects and links with the various social media);</li><li>Manage the Port of Québec website and develop its content (including content related to the organization's internal projects and links with various social media);</li><li>Manage the organization's internal visual banks (photos and videos);</li><li>Contribute to communications project planning in conjunction with internal departments and external partners;</li><li>Manage and animate the various communities on a daily basis;</li><li>Monitor social media trends and apply best practices;</li><li>Collaborate with service providers and ensure compliance with mandates;</li><li>Determine the visual production needs (photo, video, etc.) required for each publication and participate in the development of concepts;</li><li>Develop ad hoc strategies for various events and produce publication concepts (Fête maritime familiale, Cabane à sucre du Port, various departmental projects, etc.);</li><li>Propose communications initiatives to raise awareness of the Port and its industrial activities, and contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives;</li><li>Manage the QPA's photo and video bank by assessing needs, finding suppliers, and planning photo and video shoots;</li><li>Create content for various events (photo/video shoots at press conferences, dinner conferences, launch events, etc.);</li><li>Accompany Port representatives at public events;</li><li>Produce monthly performance reports, measure and interpret results on an ongoing basis in order to recommend optimization actions to optimize and improve Port performance;</li><li>Manage the inventory of promotional tools;</li><li>Participate in the organization of events in collaboration with the communications team;</li><li>Participate in the development of the communications plan and provide recommendations for actions to be implemented;</li><li>Coordinate website content upda
