*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator/ Social Media admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage office operations and procedures
-Booking appointment
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
- Coordinate with various spa services for efficient workflow
- Develop and implement training programs for office staff
- Maintain office policies and ensure they are up to date
- Handle payroll tasks and assist with human resources functions
- Manage phone systems and respond to inquiries with professionalism
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Taking photos, and handling all social media content (Which will start after 3 months as we have hired recently a content creator)
*Skills*
- Strong organizational skills to manage office operations effectively
- Experience in team management
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
