Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Implement communication strategies and programs. Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content. Train staff. Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material. Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions. Initiate and maintain contact with the media. Conduct analytical marketing studies. Design market research questionnaires. Evaluate customer service and store environments. Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions. Maintain database of potential franchisees, real estate locations and on-line buy/sell Internet sites. Develop marketing strategies. Develop and implement business plans. Maintain and manage digital database. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Adobe Photoshop. MS Excel. WordPress. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Team player. Quick learner. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
