\*\*Job Overview:\*\* ATTENTION: EARLY CHILDHOOD ASSISTANTS/ SUBSTITUTES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a classroom setting. \*\*Duties:\*\* - Educate and care for young children in a classroom environment - Assist ECE's in developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities - Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress - Monitor and assess children's progress and development \*\*Experience:\*\* - Previous experience in early childhood education or caregiving - Ability to engage and educate young children effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of child development principles and practices If you are enthusiastic about working with young children and creating a positive impact on their lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
