*Job Purpose * The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager (?PM?) to execute on the management of condominium corporations and commercial buildings. The Assistant Property Manager will manage individual tasks to fulfill property client expectations.

*You will (responsibilities)*
Property Onboarding & Maintenance
? New Property on-boarding and off-boarding
? Obtain quotes for Scheduled Maintenance items
? Dispatch and follow-up with contractors
? Attain quotes for Reserve Fund Study
? Execute on assigned tasks created by PM
Property Record Maintenance
? Update owner and tenant information in client database
? Dispatch and follow-up with contractors
? Updating and maintaining information sheets and document repository
Property Communication
? Prepare and post notices on communication platform once approved by PM
? Manage in-house or outsourced mailouts
? Tenant/owner communication
Administrative Support
? Issue violation letters or fines at direction of PM with Board Resolution
? AGM/EGM meeting package preparation
? Post Board Meeting follow up
? By-law Amendments
? Complete all credit applications
? Set up pre-authorized debit for new vendor accounts
? Filing caveats
? Manage and input time into utilization tracker (Clockify)
? Updating compliance register for Alberta Condominium Property Act
? Support Accounts Receivable via report to PM
Team Support
? _Support back up reception duties _
? Attend Monthly Administration meetings
*Experience: *
? 3 years of work experience, ideally in customer service capacity
? Administration experience an asset
