As we expand, we are seeking a Nutraceutical Production Manager to take charge of our production operations, manage budgets, and ensure unwavering compliance with quality standards.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*- Production Oversight:* Lead day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, budget constraints, and output targets.
*- Budget Management:* Develop and manage production budgets, optimizing resource allocation while driving cost savings and operational efficiency.
*- Quality & Compliance:* Ensure strict adherence to Health Canada, cGMP, and global regulatory standards, maintaining validated processes and equipment.
*- Continuous Improvement:* Implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and streamline production processes.
*- Team Leadership:* Manage and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
*- Cross-Functional Collaboration:* Work closely with QA, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure smooth production operations and resolve any production challenges.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; Master?s or PhD preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Nutraceutical production, with at least 3 years in a senior management position.
- Proven ability to manage production budgets and drive cost-effective operations.
- Strong expertise in cGMP compliance and quality management.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
