*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support the daily operations of 4AG Robotics. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
· Manage general office administration duties, handling mail, and maintaining office supplies.
· Greet visitors and act as a liaison between departments.
· Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events.
· Prepare documents, and presentations as needed.
· Coordinate office-related maintenance and vendor services.
· Support various departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and communication.
· Help onboard new employees by assisting with paperwork and orientation setup.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
· Assist with organizing and setting up food and drinks for company events, meetings, and employee gatherings.
· Oversee inventory control of office snacks and beverages, ensuring stock levels are regularly monitored and replenished.
· Help with managing recycling efforts and maintaining a clean and organized space, ensuring that waste is sorted and disposed of properly.
*Qualifications:*
· High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in administration or a related field is an asset.
· Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Professional and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
