*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting oral health education. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
*Duties*
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health.
- Utilize Cleardent software for patient record management and scheduling.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Assist in the identification of potential dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, and orthodontic needs.
- Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Work with pediatric patients, ensuring a comfortable experience for children in the dental office.
- Support dental assisting duties as needed, including preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments.
*Requirements*
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in accordance with state regulations.
- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Experience or knowledge in orthodontics is a plus.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices is advantageous.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced patient communication.

Pay: $59.00-$61.00 per hour
