As a QSSE manager, you must adhere to safety and security instructions based on internal and external standards, including
airline and regulatory regulations. This role requires staff training and development compliance in all areas of the company at his
or her assigned station. To ensure efficient station training, the QSSE manager is responsible for overseeing the performance
and professional development of station trainers and coaches both in the classroom and on the job.

* Offer daily leadership and management to Station Trainers, ensuring their actions align with the company's
mission and core values.
- Promote a culture of security and safety by exemplifying best practices in training management and course delivery.
- Assist the Station Manager in implementing SMS.
- Maintain training standards and principles across all lines of business to ensure consistency and results.
- Take charge of the complete lifecycle of new hires.
- Offer professional development training as an introduction, such as Active Supervision.
- Ensure KPIs are met through effective planning, individual assistance, and coaching to achieve company
objectives.
- Foster collaboration with key station stakeholders, including the general manager, human resources, and
operations.
- Ensure a smooth initial and recurrent training experience for all employees.
- Efficiently oversee and convey station training timetables to optimize trainer productivity and enhance trainee
proficiency.
- Provide regular input to the Area Training Manager to enhance the training experience.
- Conduct quarterly performance evaluations with direct reports.
- Discuss performance and succession planning.
- Promote team leaders, trainers, and managers to achieve station training goals.
- Set employee goals that align with company standards.
- Manage training audits.
- Discuss performance and succession planning.

- Revise training courses based on documentation, updated procedures, new equipment, and feedback from
the ground.
- Enhance personnel skills and competencies.
- Provide technical training based on station trainer staffing levels.
- Manage, encourage, and inspire teams and trainees.
- Be flexible to work off hours and weekends.

* _*Qualifications*_:
*
- 3+ years of leadership development and training experience required.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Access will be considered an advantage.
- Aviation background - a plus
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage remote teams.
- Proven success working in a matrixed organization.
- Distinct customer focus (internal and external)
- Problem-solving skills, sound decision-making skills, and demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as on
a team, and meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment are critical to the position?s success.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, handle interruptions, and perform multiple tasks
simultaneously to successfully meet daily goals.
- Strong relationship management skills are essential.
- Works effectively in a matrixed organization, managing by influence and not authority.
- Excellent knowledge of the local language and English
- Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
