*Position Overview:*
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and extensive knowledge of construction management principles.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to completion.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications.
* Coordinate and supervise construction activities to ensure projects meet design and safety standards.
* Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans, and ensure they are adhered to.
* Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Lead the project team, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
* Oversee subcontractor and supplier management, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
* Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
* Report regularly to senior management on project status, financial performance, and potential risks.
* Manage project close-out processes, including punch list completion and client handover.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
* Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
* PMP or other relevant certification is an asset.
* Languages: Proficient English & Mandarin
