<p>Hello, I'm Rayan MERRIEN, FED ManuTech Recruitment Consultant, a specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment for the engineering and manufacturing professions. <br>We're experts who speak your language. <br>We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p><p>Your position <br> <br>I am currently recruiting a Technical Service Engineer for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the transportation field located in Boucherville, Quebec. <br> <br>Permanent position 40h/week - 15% travel <br> <br>Reporting to the Manufacturing Department Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks : <br> <br>- Analyze procedures and troubleshoot vehicle electrical systems to improve reliability and performance <br>- Act as electrical expert for plan review, compliance, quality and product safety (high voltage) <br>- Carry out in-depth analyses to identify problems and work with engineering to develop technical solutions <br>- Support customers by making service calls (remote diagnostics, sending parts) <br>- Go into the field and work with technicians and engineers to diagnose electrical problems, work with different teams to develop solutions and improve products (methods, training)</p><p>Your professional skills <br> <br>- Priority management and rigor <br>- Autonomy and analytical skills <br>- Commercial acumen, integrity and excellent communication skills <br> <br>We're looking for a proactive, autonomous person who likes a job well done. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working in teams. <br> <br>Your profile <br> <br>-Minimum 5 years' experience in the electrical manufacturing sector <br>-Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or relevant equivalent <br>-Bilingual French - English <br>Knowledge of automotive electrical system diagnostics and high-voltage safety standards <br>-Knowledge of automotive electricity and mechanics <br>-Knowledge of MS Office suite <br>-Valid passport for travel in the USA <br>-Able to adapt to various work environments, to work in English.</p>
