You will be responsible for the preparation of accurate and timely financial information to meet budget, forecast, financial reporting requirements and client requirements as needed, and providing budget assistance and financial advice and analysis. You may lead and manage Financial Advisory Services staff in the delivery of these functions. You have a sound working knowledge of all aspects of accounting, procurement, finance, and departmental procedures and policies.<br><br>As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will report to the Manager, Financial Advisory Services.</span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Primary Accountabilities</b></H2></div><div><p> </p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Perform and/or coordinate the day-to-day operations of the financial advisory services, including forecasting and annual budget process. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Monthly and annual accounting procedures and annual audit process.</span>
