*Position Overview*
Amada, a global leader in the machine tool business, is currently seeking a Machine Sales Administrator and offers a competitive compensation package with benefits. The Sales Administrator supports the Senior Sales Administrator and plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This position involves handling various administrative tasks, logistics, importing, and maintaining accurate records to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
*Duties and Responsibilities*
· Support machine sales including preparing acknowledgements and verifying document accuracy
· Manage traffic for machine sales equipment
· Coordinate with international shipping brokerage (importing of machines and equipment)
· Approve freight invoices for equipment
· Maintain accurate records within INFOR system of sales transactions, contracts, and correspondence. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations.
· Communicate with vendors
· Coordination with Accounting regarding payment terms
· Manage financial contracts in collaboration with the accounting department
*Qualifications*
· Bilingual - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Other Skills or Assets*
· Knowledgeable with INFOR (ERP system)
· Basic understanding of accounting
