Relocation Consultant
Our Company provides Global Relocation Services to Corporations worldwide.
The Relocation Consultant is the Single Point of Contact for both the Corporation and their Candidates. You will manage the entire relocation process based on the programs of each Corporation. You will follow their SLA and build strong relationships by going beyond and satisfying the requests of the Corporation in a professional and timely manner.
Principle Responsibilities
* Communicate fluently in French and English to both the Corporation and the candidates
* Provide in-depth real estate analysis for selling, buying and renting homes as well as delivering sound reporting of information and guidance to the corporation
* Write clear decisive reports in both official languages to ensure the marketing of the home and detailed contract negotiations
* Prioritize tasks, follow up effectively and meet critical deadlines
* Coordinating, supporting, managing and reviewing the delivery of all 3rd party services
* Ensure that client SLA's are adhered to, both internally and by suppliers
* Prepare budgets and effective cost reporting
* Advise employee on best use of available budget dollars
* Research all inquiries, resolve any issues and provide equitable solutions
* Work well and collaborate with other team members to formulate the best solutions for the individual circumstance
* Able to handle stress in a fast paced high volume environment as well as meeting critical deadlines
* Maintain detailed record keeping in our software program, to ensure quality data entry and report generation that meets our ISO 9001:2015 requirements
Qualifications
* Bilingual ? French English Spoken and Written
* Is a College/University Graduate in Business or HR
* Works collaboratively and is a team player
* 2+ years experience in the relocation, real estate, real estate administration, immigration, HR benefits or property management industries
* Must work well in a fast paced and high volume environment
* Analytical and strategic thinking with detailed problem-solving skills
* Effective negotiating skills, timely follow-up and the ability to troubleshoot
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Able to multi-task and prioritize workload
* Eager to learn and take on new assignments
* Follow-up and scheduling tasks in a timely and coordinated manner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
