Our small downtown law firm is seeking a receptionist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Professionally and warmly greeting clients and visitors
* Managing phone calls and scheduling appointments
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail
* Maintaining a clean and organized office area
* Assisting with basic administrative tasks
*Qualifications:*
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous reception experience preferred, but not required
