We are a family-owned, privately-held, international supplier of food processing and packaging equipment. The company is headquartered in Canton, MA, with subsidiaries in Canada and the UK.

Our Burlington Ontario Office is seeking a Full Time Accounting Clerk with a minimum of three years relevant work experience. The individual must have Accounts Payable/Receivable, Administrative experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
*Responsibilities:*
Provide accounting and clerical support to the Accounting Department.
Manage receipt to payment process for all Accounts Payable vendor invoices. Data entry of all vendor invoices based on suppliers due dates.
Process weekly chq/EFT payments, customer refunds.
Reconcile vendor statements against company records and investigate missing/past due invoices and resolve discrepancies.
Set up new vendors and maintain A/P vendor files.
Process credit applications for new suppliers.
Maintain, reconcile and post petty cash.
Manage all company leased vehicles.
Review, correct, investigate, process employee expense reports in Concur Management Expense for all out of pocket and Amex expenses.
Reconcile employee Amex statement monthly .
Set up new employee's into Concur.
Ensure company employees submit expenses in Concur within deadlines.
Maintain G/L code set up and mileage changes for all provinces in Concur.
Track employee boot allowance.
Process and complete expense payments. (incl. journal entries)
Order Amex cards and phones for new employees (incl. replacements).
Set up training schedule for new employees on Concur Expense software.
Manage 407 transponders.
Assist with answering phones and Accounts Receivable when required.
Process and file daily invoices, enter invoices through 3rd party SAP submission when required.
*Requirements:*
Previous experience with a minimum of 3 years in A/P, A/R and general accounting, Must have previous Amex reconciliation as well as Concur.
SAP (Ariba, Coupa, KBuy, ) experience preferred.
Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, strong computer skills, accuracy and attention to detail. Bilingual in French is an asset.
