*As a Sales Account Manager at Trans-Pro, your responsibilities include:*
* Cultivating and building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
* Negotiating rates and staying informed about market trends
* Providing exceptional customer service and support
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve company goals.
*Soft Skills Needed:* We're seeking individuals with adaptability, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, resourcefulness, persuasion, negotiation, organization, critical thinking, persistence, and more!
*What We Offer:*
* Competitive starting salary of 50K-65K with consideration for experience, education, and interview performance.
* Transition to our uncapped commission structure upon reaching senior level.
* Full-time position with a Monday to Friday daytime schedule
