Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Cafeteria. School or educational institution/establishment. Tasks: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef. Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Organize buffets and banquets. Manage kitchen operations. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Food Safety Certificate. Security and safety: Vulnerable sector check.
