Ready to take on the challenge?<br><br>Your mission, should you choose to accept it:<br><br>Under the supervision of the Distribution Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of daily operations, planning, and organizing the entire department.<br><br>Your responsibilities:<br><br>Analysis and Organization: Evaluate the field, prioritize tasks, and deploy the team super efficiently.<br>Productivity: Boost the team's productivity and help them smash their performance goals.<br>Safety: Put safety standards at the top of the list for a secure and cool work environment.<br>Equipment Maintenance: Ensure inspections are done and mechanical issues are quickly resolved.<br>Training and Development: Identify training needs and propose plans for skill enhancement.<br>Pallet Management: Ensure all pallets are properly scanned before distribution.<br>Error Analysis: Scrutinize error reports and relay information to the right people.<br>Coordination: Work hand in hand with the central aisle department for top-notch FIFO distribution.<br>Pallet Jack Management: Handle the electric pallet jacks at the start and end of shifts, and ensure they are clean.<br>Documentation: Create work sheets, missing labels, and productivity reports.<br>Operational Fluidity: Optimize the department's fluidity to keep things running smoothly.<br>Recommendations: Suggest improvements for the work environment and equipment.<br>Join our dynamic team and dive into exciting challenges in a constantly evolving environment!</p><p>- College diploma in administration, supply chain, operations management,<br>or an equivalent combination of education and experience;<br>- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position;<br>- Ability to coordinate several activities at the same time and to manage<br>priorities;<br>- Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel;<br>- Good communication and leadership skills;<br>- Organized, rigorous and great attention to detail;<br>- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment<br><br>PROCESS: Initial interview with Anissa El Farh, Fed Supply Recruitment Consultant - followed by an interview with the company's Human Resources Manager and Position Manager.<br>To apply: www.fedsupply.ca<br>To contact me: (438) 498-0291<br>E: </p>
