_ABOUT THE PRACTICE_
Thames River Therapy is a psychology practice located in London, ON. We provide assessment and treatment services to adolescents and adults. We have a special interest in working with individuals with complex mental health issues. Common conditions that we work with include: mood, anxiety, trauma, OCD, psychosis, stress & burnout, grief, life changes and role transitions, exploring identity & self-concept, personal growth, and reconnecting with creativity.
We take pride in blending the science and art of therapy. We integrate various evidence-based modalities such as ACT, CBT, EFT, and DBT Skills to meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients. At Thames River Therapy, we know that therapy must be creatively tailored to each person?s unique life circumstances if we hope to make long-lasting, meaningful impact.

* The clinic is a practicum site for Clinical Psychology PhD students at Western University. As such, there are built-in systems for regular team consultation and support. Registered clinical psychologists will have the opportunity to supervise students, if interested.
_JOB DESCRIPTION_
Part-time contract position with flexible hours. This can include daytime, evening, and/or weekend. Minimum availability of 10 hours per week. Compensation is via fee-splitting. We offer a 60/40 split of fees, with opportunities for advancement.
We are looking for a highly skilled, talented clinician to join our team and provide individual therapy. In person appointments occur in London, ON and virtual services are offered across Ontario.
_You Might Be a Good Fit If:_
* You are registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
* Licensed to practice individual therapy in Ontario with up-to-date liability insurance
* Are highly skilled in an array of evidence-based treatment modalities
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have a deep interest in relationship-focused practices and building a strong relationship foundation with your clients
* Are trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive in all aspects of your clinical work
* Ability to work in-person, if needed
* If working remotely, have access to strong reliable internet connection and a private, confidential, and professional environment for video sessions
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Have a dedicated interest in continued education
* Prioritize your own self-care, are self-reflective, and aware of your limitations and personal needs outside of work
