*Job Title:* Executive Assistant/Community Specialist

*Position Overview:* We are seeking a friendly and proactive Executive Assistant/Community Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for welcoming them to CoDesk, assisting with their needs, and helping to expand our client base through sales and marketing efforts.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
* Assist clients with booking inquiries and ensure their needs are met during their time at CoDesk
* Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to promote our space and services
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients
* Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, online listings and other online promotions
* Handle client requests, bookings, and any other administrative tasks as needed
* Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in all areas of CoDesk
*Qualifications:*
* Experience in sales, and/or marketing (traditional and digital) is a strong asset
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Previous experience in a customer service, receptionist or sales role is an asset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work part-time hours, including occasional weekends or evenings as needed
