If you wish to be part of a growing and dynamic technology company solving real world problems, living or willing to relocate to New Brunswick, we need you as part of our team.About The RoleAs an Account Executive for our solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales growth to support our expansion aims in your assigned territory. We are looking for someone with integrity and accountability, having 3-5 years of direct sales experience. Foundational knowledge of cyber security and technology used within the Law Enforcement sector would be considered an asset, but is not required. Position is based in New Brunswick and we'd prefer Fredericton based candidates who can collaborate with the team in our Knowledge Park office in a Hybrid office/home work model. If you have the drive to work independently and the ability to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities, and most importantly a desire to help make the world a safer place, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesCommit ~ Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent prospecting activities.Plant, water, grow, harvest, repeat ~ Use our repeatable sales process to move prospects through the sales cycle from prospecting, through demo, to closing, and recurring business.Be creative ~ Use a consultative selling approach to align to business outcomes and need. We are selling solutions that solve real world problems!Ask and answer the difficult questions ~ Identify client budget, maintain sales records, provide accurate and timely updates, accountable funnel visibility, and progress against targets to meet and exceed sales objectives.Devoted to improvement ~ Commit to continual knowledge development in areas of sales process & methodology, our solutions, and relevant industry knowledge.Other stuff ~ Other duties as assigned.QualificationsHave a past, own it ~ 3 - 5 years experience in direct, consultative, Technology solution sales experience. Similar proven sales experience in alternate fields would be considered. Law Enforcement or commercial cybersecurity sector experience would be considered an asset.Have commitment ~ Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Technology, Computer Science or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.Know your stuff ~ Proven experience in a business-to-business sales environment, 3 to 5+ years will be considered an asset.Boastful track record ~ Proven success in business development and driving ongoing revenue results.Resiliency & dedicated ~ Ability to work independently in a dynamic sales environment.Find the nut, Live it ~ Candidates must love sales; have passion, creativity, be accountable, and an endless desire to hunt!The admin side of sales ~ Knowledge and management of CRM software pipelines and workflowsDon't be Shy ~ is comfortable with public speaking and presentations in small to medium size groups both online and in person."Gates way" to do stuff ~ Fluid with MS Office products.Keep it between the ditches ~ Must hold a valid drivers license, and eligible for business travel with a valid passport.Core Attributes/ CharacteristicsWant the ball, & assists are still points ~ A disciplined sales professional with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Get up and go ~A self-motivated, entrepreneurial salesperson, intent on maintaining a quality sales funnel.Dialed in ~ Strong focus
