Greenhaven Management has two vacancies for Accounting Technicians at its Moncton-based head office. This is a full-time (35 hrs/weekly) permanent position and starts as soon as possible.Job Duties include:-- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements- Post journal entries- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports- Prepare tax returns- Reconcile accountsEducation requirement: College level diplomaExperience requirement: 1 year to less than 2Language of work: EnglishSalary: $25/hr for 35 hours weeklyBenefits: Dental, health, and retirementThe ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be able to work in a fast paced environment, and adhere to tight deadlines.Email your resume to: jim@greenhavenmgt.caHead office location: 11 Enviro Dr, Berry Mills, NB E1G 5X5*** Must be authorized to work in Canada.**
