As a Financial Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our finance department,
handling everything from daily transactions to ensuring smooth budget
management. With your keen eye for detail and organizational prowess, you'll
keep our financial records in top shape, driving accuracy and efficiency. It's
a dynamic role where your contributions will help keep the numbers ? and the
business ? running seamlessly!

*Compensation: *44000-47000 + Comprehensive Benefits
*Job Type: *Full Time, Permanent
*Expected Start Date: *20th October 2024
*Your Day to Day:*
Specifically, the Financial Administrator is responsible for:
* Managing the day-to-day financial operations of the campus
* Continuously analyzing campus financial data to guarantee responsiveness to issues
* Working with students to ensure appropriate funding is secured
* Supporting the administrative functions of the campus to enhance the student experience
* Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, procedures and standards
* Acting in a manner that upholds the College standards.
* Manage financial processes, including drop calculations, returning contracts, finance pre-closure, referral bonuses, completion scholarships, CRC applications, second student loan applications, and financial adjustments.
*What You Bring to the Table:*
To succeed as a Financial Administrator, candidates should demonstrate the following qualifications, skills, and abilities:
* Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, or Finance (Bachelor's degree preferred), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* At least one year of accounting or finance experience in a service-oriented environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, handle pressure, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
*Bonus Points For:*
* Experience with Accounting Software: Familiarity with accounting systems like QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms for efficient financial management.
* Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis to streamline financial reporting.
