Located in North Nanaimo, our firm is a well-established and growing practice serving clients across Vancouver Island. Our clients are from a diverse range of industries and involve both Canadian and U.S. taxation. We take pride in providing exceptional, personable, and timely professional services to our clients.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p><p>We are currently seeking a Front Desk Administrator to greet clients and perform administrative support functions in a professional and welcoming manner. You will have direct contact with clients, so you must have a professional demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>• Provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients</p><p>• Support the core values of the Company</p><p>• Answer incoming telephone calls</p><p>• Schedule appointments, maintain & update calendars, and prepare respective personnel for appointments</p><p>• Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages, e-mail, and courier deliveries</p><p>• Receive payments, and prepare statements of account</p><p>• Maintain an up to date and accurate client database</p><p>• Perform clerical duties, such as faxing, typing, and photocopying</p><p>• Maintain the appearance of the reception areas and staff room</p><p>• Maintain the photocopier equipment including refilling paper, refilling toner, and scheduling repairs and maintenance</p><p>• Collating various corporate and personal tax documents for signing by clients</p><p>• Maintain and organize filing drawers for both corporate and personal clients</p><p>?
