Job Title: Office Administrator Extraordinaire
About the Role: Are you a master of multitasking with a passion for keeping everything running smoothly? We?re looking for an Office Administrator who thrives on organization, loves handling both people and paperwork, and can tackle IT issues like a pro! As the hub of our office, you?ll be supporting our team with everything from admin and HR tasks to office management and event planning, making sure every day runs like a well-oiled machine.
What You?ll Do:
Admin Support:
* Handle monthly billing, statutory declarations, and WCB forms like a boss.
* Oversee and enforce document management systems?making sure things are where they need to be.
* Help out with systems development (we love new ideas!).
* Provide day-to-day admin support for the owner and operations manager.
HR Support:
* Guide new hires through onboarding, and setting them up in Sage, 0365, and their devices.
* Handle offboarding tasks like removing computer access and organizing records of employment (ROI).
Office Management:
* Keep the office stocked with supplies (don't forget the coffee!) and maintain sample inventory.
* Purchase all non-project-related items and maintain purchase orders (POs).
* Ensure the office equipment and furnishings are working and looking their best!
IT Support:
* Troubleshoot IT issues, and call for external help when needed.
* Maintain system access credentials and manage software licenses.
Event Planning:
* Coordinate and book fun company events.
* Handle travel arrangements for staff and installers.
Key Skills You Have:
* Organizational Wizardry: You?re the one who keeps everything in order.
* Super Communicator: Whether written or spoken, you know how to get your point across.
* Problem-Solving Guru: Quick-thinking and ready to fix any office issue.
* Time Management Master: You know how to prioritize and keep things moving.
* Tech Savvy: Familiar with Microsoft Office, Teams, and geek out on troubleshooting IT issues!
What You Bring:
* 3 years experience in an office administrator role
* Diploma in a relevant discipline
* 3 years experience in a construction related industry, preferably Architectural Millwork.
* Positive vibe

Pay: $25.50-$30.60 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
