Our client located in the Moncton area is seeking to immediately fill the position of Administrative Assistant. If you're looking for an exciting new opportunity, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls
Daily mail pick-up and delivery
Daily bank deposits
Bank statement reconciliation
Manage debit machine transactions
Balance daily cash transactions
Prepare weekly payroll
Manage accounts receivables, post customer payments, and print monthly receivable statements.
Manage accounts payables and issue payments.
Monitor and respond to incoming communications and initiate communications when required.
Perform tasks related to filing, invoice handling, document tracking, and photocopying.
Assist in organizing and setting up special events.
Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant experience and strong skills in Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel.
