*Office Manager*
Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
Salary: $55,000 annually (to be negotiated)
Job type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday ? 40 hours/week
*Minimum Qualifications:*
· Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, Microsoft Office, MS Excel
· Education: Bachelor?s Degree
· Work Experience: 5 years
· Basic understanding of Canadian working culture or practice would be an asset
Languages: English and Vietnamese (to communicate with Vietnamese stakeholders)

Job duties:
· Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures
· Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
· Carry out administrative activities associated with admissions to post-secondary educational institutions
· Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
· Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
· Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting project planning, and management processes
· Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
· Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
· May supervise records management technicians and related staff
· Organising meetings and events, conferences
· Customer service: dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
· Administrative work
· Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
· Training new employees and interns
· Support other staff in the office with paperwork.
· Booking services for staff trips, events, conferences of office, and others (CMEs, KOL meetings,?)
· Ordering or buying stationery, IT equipment, annual health checkups, staff health insurance, and MKT scheme gimmicks.
· Processing invoices and managing office budgets.
· Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
